Using the form below, simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed checkout (in your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order. We will fetch and display your order and status along with any special notes that may have been added.
Our current approximate lead time is 6-12 weeks. All of our fixtures are custom hand made to order in the USA by a Single Person, we are dedicated to quality and the craft. Because of these factors we can not provide a more accurate lead time. If you do require rush production (for an added cost of 20% of the total) please email us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
